How do I edit the appearance of my blog page please?

I like that media images are displayed here but I'd rather have thumbnails in proportion than images squished to a particular size.

Any way of changing blog featured images to thumbnail size instead please? 630x262 is stretching my images all over the place. I don't know how to resize images and I don't like the current presentation anyway.

Your uploaded image size is less from 630X262 so that images are stretching, use only 630X262 size image

Paste the code given below in Custom CSS section
(Appearance -> Theme Options -> Styling Options -> Custom CSS) of your dashboard.

Code:

width: auto;
height: auto;
}

It will resolve your issue.
