    Hi there,
    I like to add contact form in each page, when customer clicks "book now" button next to price, the contact form should appear. How can I do that.

    Say ;
    Price : US$2000/- [Buy Now ]
    when people click -[Buy Now ] then contact form with name of the item appears for inquiry.
