I just purchased the Pop-up Ninja plugin, and in testing it on my site, I found it does not display at all with WooCommerce product pages. This makes it completely unsuited to the site's needs, since the point of using the plugin was to display information to potential customers and solicit requests for quotes. Is it possible to cancel my purchase and refund my payment? I will not be using the plugin at all, and you can also remove my account on your site to ensure that I do not use it. Please let me know, thank you.
Hi, We have tested Pop Up Ninja at our end, and it is displaying on WooCommerce product pages. Kindly try and check the Pop-up display setting as shown in image below:- Hope it should work. Kindly let us know if still problem persists. Regards, Sameer
I require more granular control than this. I do not want the same popup showing up on both product and blog pages or product and the documentation pages. Thank you for trying to help but this product does not suit my requirements. I would still like a refund, please.
