Hi Peps, I recently purchased the Appointway theme and overall I am very impressed with it. However there is one preference I am having and I cant find any perfect solution to it, maybe someone can help me. In order to increase my Social Media presence and get people to share my business site more frequently, I want a function that once a customer submits a lead through the contact form and clicks on the orange button to submit, a pop-up comes up with a message and below the message I want to place several social media sharing/like buttons. The closest plugin I can find is the 'Viral Plaza WordPress Plugin'. Unfortunately with this plugin I can only customise it to appear after a certain time but I would rather want to show it ONLY after someone has submitted a lead. It this possible?
