Portfolio Gallery

Hello,

I created two posts in the Portfolio Gallery, when I click on a photo I have two choices: permanent link to <name of my post> and preview. When I click on permanent link to my post it goes to a directory named after the post rather than the post itself. This directory is empty/does not exist so I get the message: It seems we can’t find what you’re looking for.

What am I doing wrong?

Extra question: where can i change the text when hovering over the pictures in the portfolio gallery on the frontpage? Thanks!

Set permalink to fix this type of problem as shown below in screenshot.

Hello,
When you click on the text below each image it redirect you to its single image post/page.
You can set text for every image of gallery while you add image to gallery.

I tried Yogesh solution and that worked. However, I don't want to use the default permalink settings (not SEO friendly) and changed it back to custom. To my surprise the link still works. So problem solved. Thanks!
