I'm still confused as to how to make a 'portfolio gallery' on the main homepage and / or how to make a photo gallery ? I read the documentation for the theme and it mentions portfolio gallery in the dashboard menu, but I do not have this? Also in the theme options it has Home Page Product section, but there is no place to add products?

Here is the link to the plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/woocommerce/ Just download and install that plugin on your website and then you can add products.
