Position slider text - both title and description

Is there a way to position the slider text to down on bottom a bit, closer to the dots?

(Appearance -> Theme Options -> Styling Options -> Custom CSS) of your dashboard.

  top: 55%;
}

Please increase or decrease the value of "top" according to your requirement.
