Post Preview Thumbnails have disappeared

There used to be little thumbnails next to post previews. They have suddenly disappeared. (Please see screenshots.

I've had the same problem:

Wordpress has told me the theme does not support wordpress media (when you click the "Add Media" button on your wordpress template). I've been trying to get the issue resolved for weeks with InkThemes. I'll keep you posted.
