Posted By, Posted In and Date Appearing in all Photos

Since switching to the Blackbird theme recently, all my pictures uploaded through the media gallery show the posted by admin, posted in location, and date. I went under screen options and clicked off the applicable boxes, but they are still appearing on my site.
