Poverty Eradication (Black Rider Pro) not adding 'Read more' link correctly

    I have had the Black Rider Pro theme installed on a website for a couple of years but it suddenly stopped allowing the 'read more' feature of a blog post to work. I get this error message

    Recoverable fatal error: Object of class WP_Error could not be converted to string in /home/sioux034/public_html/coalportskinclinic.co.uk/wp-content/themes/curbpovertypro/functions.php on line 344

    I then paid to upgrade my account and found the Poverty Eradication theme is identical. So I installed that and am still getting the error. can you help please?
