Is there anyway that I can redeem my purchase of the Squirrel Theme? I had a site active a few days ago, before I requested a domain change, and everything was working fine. Today after the final steps of the process for the domain change were complete, I discovered that my website is completely inaccessible via the domain information that was transferred. Somehow, my old domain (the domain that I cancelled) is the one that's coming up, as opposed to the newly created domain that I wanted to make my primary. So, my question is: Is there any way that I can use my purchase of the Squirrel Theme (again unfortunately) on my website (again)? I have an updated zip file for the theme, but I'm not sure if it will import without my version of the Squirrel theme for this website being updated to Pro, or being recognized as the Pro version of the Squirrel theme. PLEASE HELP!
Never mind. I was able to re-download the original file and just insert my content that way. Thanks anyway!
