Pricing Table on inkthemes front page

I am trying to get this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/pricingtable/ to work on a Inktheme , on the front page.

I go into here: wp-admin/admin.php?page=inkthemes_framework

paste the PricingTable code into the "Home Page Sub Heading"

[pricingtable id="137" ]

or

< ?php echo do_shortcode("[pricingtable id='137' ]"); ?>

But nothing shows up on the front page.

What am I doing wrong ?
