Problem directing link from Button

I've added a Navigation Button link to my site, but the address I'm linking it to does not work.
http://www.covitravel.com/all-inclusive-vacations/

The RED 'book it now' button should link to:
www.applevacations.com/?agentId=99914474

How do I change the permalink to read/redirect correctly?

I think you are not adding complete link.
Add this link:
http://www.applevacations.com/?agentId=99914474

It will work.

I am unable to add that link. I am unable to edit the link that is automatically added to the image (button), when I add it to my media library is:
