can you make it shorter to 2 lines only, still too long.

and could you show me how you fix it, because i will setup other website in mandarin using this theme or i ask you to fix for me next time.

 

You are adding post content in '<ol>' that's why excerpt taking whole content as a single word.
Add some text above '<ol>' tag for example "我17歲就開始做批發的推銷員, 就更加體會到掙錢的 我17歲就開始做批發的推銷員". It will resolve your issue.
