Problem in creating an account

Hi, I have heard complains from many people about creating an account on my website(www.videozetu.com) so that they could post their videos. To prove this ,I asked my daughter to create her new account so that she could post her videos and the screen shot attached here explains everything.It displays this message ...,ERROR: Please enter a valid CAPTCHA value. She tried more than 6 times and she ended up with error.... I also tried it and I experienced the same.
This has forced me to manually enter the dashboard and add users.Is there any solution to this, that will easy registration?

And even after adding a user manual, still my daughter couldn't sign in, ending getting this message ERROR: Please enter a CAPTCHA value. We dont know why we are asked to enter CAPTCHA value while the screen has got only two fields, that is User name and Password. There is not captcha field .

You may go through the changelog file provided in our theme.

If you haven't customized your theme's source code then, you are requested to download a fresh copy of latest version of this theme from members area and upload it to your website.

Here are the steps involved in doing so:

Download the VideoCraft Pro theme by logging in your members account:

Next, you have to extract the zip file and rename that folder videocrafttheme like videocrafttheme_new,

Again, you would need to create a zip file of that renamed folder (say: videocrafttheme_new.zip),

Now, upload the theme in your WordPress from Dashboard->Appearance->Themes->Add New,

Then, activate your theme,

This way you can install and activate your updated version in your site,

Hello, I am having the same problem with registration as the person above. If I use Recaptcha, it does not allow registration because it claims that the wrong values were entered. If I turn Recaptcha, it does not allow registration because it suspects a bot. And I don't see any way to turn registration off.

By the way, I'm using v. 2.0.6.

 

When I use Recaptcha, I get this message: "The captcha was incorrect."
