See attached screen shot after trying to install any of the themes that I purchased recently. The trial version worked fine but after purchasing the full paid themes I ended up getting this error message as per screen shot attached. Any help? thanks Honory
Hello, You can try to download the fresh Theme again from the members area, then unzip on your computer. And login your hosting via FTP client(FileZilla) then upload the extracted theme. Then go to wp-admin(dashboard > Appearance > Themes). Then find your Theme that you uploaded now and activate it. I hope it will help you.
I downloaded almost all themes from the members area. How to unzip these themes? I have been installing some zipped themes from other developers without any problem? Please help, still stuck for the second day.
