Problem With Comments "Off" Automatically...

I am not sure what the problem is.

When I am posting a post wordpress always changes the status to "Comments Off".

This is very weird.

I made a video to show it.

First I thought it has to do with the Disqus Comment Plugin, but even if I turn
off all plugins I get this behavior.

Any ideas what causes this?

Theme don't have such problem.
Please deactivate all plugins to see if this resolves the problem? If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).
It will work. If not then Please provide the following information listed below.

Thanks, you were right. I did just follow your procedure and found the offending plugin that causes this problem. Thanks!
