Problem with comments: Other users cannot leave a comment

Hi,

I have a problem with comments on my website: altovalleparapente.com.ar
I can only leave a message as administrator but external users can't. This error is displayed:

Error 1: Click back and type in the password.

I have checked discussion and on the edit menu for the page "dicussion" I allowed comments and trackbacks and enabled everybody to post but there is no way to do it as a user.
