Problems changing Permalink titles

I'm trying to change some of my Permalink titles but my changes aren't being accepted. Any ideas or suggestions? Thanks

 

Default and "Post name" permalink will working fine other are creating some problem with the latest version of WordPress.
Even they are not working with WordPress default themes.
