Hi, I recently updated my website to Wordpress 3.5 which is available from wordpress.org Since then whenever I try to update the content using the Colorway Theme it doesn't update. Also if I try to change the slider images it doesn't let me upload any new images. Can you please tell me if Colorway theme has been tested on the new Wordpress 3.5 and if it's working fine from your tests. If not please tell me how I can update my content like I used to. Thanks

I am using Colorway theme and it is definitely not compatible with the new ADD MEDIA button - I swapped theme to TwentyTen and it works fine - back to Coloway and the Add Media button simply doesn't work can you please advise ?
I received an email from you advising that you had logged in and deactivated all plugins and that the ADD MEDIA button now works. I Logged in and tried it. STILL the Add Media Button remains dormant I deactivated the last 2 plugins and tried again I fails again This working up until WP3.5 installed. Is it possible that my laptop is deficient in another way - eg Java not working? I re-installed Java - still the problem exists - as it does in IE and Chrome perhaps if you cannot help - I may need to try updating my site with my iPhone ! any advice? For the record - all other themes from other premium outlets are fine - it's ONLY Colorway.... cheers JOHN
I have updates several sites I use Colorway with and have had no problems whatsoever with it. Many problems have been popping up other places because of some plugins that are not compatible with 3.5 and thus causing problems. With one site I have...a custom theme created by someone else, it messed up images and was not able to create links. Tracked it down to a custom plugin. I had my hosting company restore the site with the backup they did the day before the upgrade. It will be the last time I trust WP upgrades until I thoroughly read and feel comfortable doing it. I would contact your ISP and restore downward.
I tried installing colorway to my blog yesterday and it locked up my account with WP 3.5. I had to call my ISP to get it cleared. I reinstalled WP 3.4.2 and then installed Colorwafy and everything worked fine. I think there is definitely issues with WP3.5.
