Hi there, I bought the appointway pro version and am having issues with the booking system. I have read everything in the forums that seems to pertain to me, but none of the solutions have helped. When I try to book a time it says nothing available. For all service options. I have gone in MANY times to set times for availability, and nothing has worked. Also is time interval the time that is given between bookings? or is it the length of the booking? I need a half hour between any bookings that are made, as I am a homebased business and dont have a waiting room. The sample page made it seem as though this was possible, so I spent the money to buy this, but I am having so many issues trying to figure this out that I am getting extremely frustrated.
Hello, Normally this issue is occurs only because of two reason:- 1. If you have not set time for appointment. 2. Secondly appointment is already booked at that time. And Time interval minute means length of booking, You can set Appointment count that much appointments you want to book at that time.
Hey Thanks for the reply. I have tried many times to set my time for all services, still says not available. I love this theme, I think it is beautiful, but I just cant get the booking to work !!!! : / No appointments have been booked as of yet, so I know its not that. There is a picture on the theme page (Step 3) for setting time slots, mine has never looked like that. I have never seen anywhere that I can do that as shown on the theme page. Does that information help? Am I missing something?
