Hi my website is www.sparksnaz.org. We have been using the colorway pro theme for over a year and have had no problems till recently. When I go to the site, on my smartphone, it shows the pages navigation, but when I click on it, nothing happens. It used to show my menu as a drop down. By reading others in the forum I thought I needed to update my theme to the latest version. I was able to update and now the slider images show but the menu still doesn't work. I've tried it on an Android and an Apple phone. I was using the preinstalled web browser as well as Chrome. I'm not sure what to do. It worked beautifully a few months ago. Thanks.
Hello, This issue maybe because of plugin (if installed). So please deactivate all plugins to see if this resolves the problem? If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s). If not then please provide the following information listed below. Thank you for your help. It was a plugin. I'm bummed because it was a cache performance plugin, but I would rather have a working mobile site then a faster load time. I will be sure to add 'check plugins' to my trouble shooting list. Thanks again!
