Problems with theme options and view website

I Received this error message in the theme option:Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /web/htdocs/www.tecnoluce.info/home/wordpress/wp-content/themes/roadfightertheme/functions/admin-interface.php on line 565
I was filling a foot-header (maybe I put too characters)​

Your Support resolved, resetting everything and reinstalling wordpress​

Yesterday, after filling in all the fields, I have again the same mistake and the web page is in crash.
I was filling trhe "Testimonials" field.
All plugins were deactivated.​

Today I deleted all the themes and installed the trial version, with fewer fields.
I filled almost all areas and this is the usual error:
Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /web/htdocs/www.tecnoluce.info/home/wordpress/wp-content/themes/roadfightertheme/functions/admin-interface.php on line 565​

I can not get into the theme options and the web site is down: www.tecnoluce.info​

Maybe there are not enough control algorithms on the data entered?​
