Product Quantity Cart Button Situation....Not Show up on Samsung Tab.....

    Hello,

    Due to some customization in woo commerce plugin made recently by their developer team, the feature of +/- button in product page is now no longer available. That's why these buttons are not displaying on the product page.

    But don't worry about that, our developer team has also customized our theme and provide the feature of adding and subtracting product items in a different form.

    So now you can +/- your cart as shown in above image.

    Still you can provide us you edited screen shots of your issue we will look after it

    1234.jpg yes..... the +/- button in window is allright......... but not function in android system.....sumsung..... you try.....

    Hi,

    I have checked at our end its working fine you can check the below image provided:

    Try to clear cache memory of your browser by going into browser settings of your Samsung Tab. It should work and will solve your issue.

    i just clear the cache and everything......but still same..... i do not know why

    Hi,

    I did another round of testing on the quantity up down arrows that you are facing. As noted its not a CSS issue, it might be a default functionality (i.e. one can directly add or edit the quantity by inserting number of quantities) that they had provided on mobile devices. Still I will suggest you to put your query on woo commerce support forum, and get their advice regarding the same. Based on their inputs, If there is any changes we will try our best to solve it.

    is it this is default of woo commerce , for client to enter the quantity of product by key in no....... that is not user friendly...... can you help...... it influence salejunction performance on mobile device......
