Hello, 1. In "Listing Setting", if I set paid listing to publish, a customer can cancel there Paypal payment and the listing will still be published automatically. Is there away to send the listing to "pending review" until the payment is made then they could automatically return to my website and have the listing published? 2. Also, in "Listing Setting", if I set paid listing to "pending" because of the issue in #1 above, is there a way to allow paid customers (who already paid and published) to edit their listings and publish it without having to go into "pending review"? I tried changing paid customers roll to editor to try and override the pending setting in "Listing Setting" but that did not work. Thanks

Regarding your first issue, I would like to inform you that only author have all the authority to change the listing status from their dashboard manually as they can set the status of listing, either that will be in pending or published. Priyanka, Thanks for getting back to me. However I don't think that answer helped to resolve the problem I have. In reality, if my Listing Setting" is set to "pending" for paid clients, how can they later update their listings and republished it on their own. Presently, a paid customer's listing will go back to pending if they later made an update. I would love for paid customer to be able to update their listings and publish immediately without my involvement. Thanks

Priyanka, thanks for your reply. This brings me to the second issue I have and that is: When I set the listing status to "publish" it works well for current users to edit and published on their own. But with a new user, their listing will also be published immediately whether or not they make the Paypal payment. Therefore if they are redirected to Paypal website and when they get there they decided not to bother with the payment then their listing would already be published. So my question is this, how can this be avoided? Is there a possibility that all new listings can be held in pending review until published by admin and all listings that are edited can be republished immediately by the user? Thanks
Hello, You can set "publish" status only for the premium listing as user's listing will get automatically publish after the payment.
