Publishing a free ad

Hello again!

I recently updated to GeoCraftV2.
I have two questions:

1) Upon the submission of the ad, I received the "thank you" message as an advertiser, but I didn't receive an e-mail, as an administrator, letting me know the advertiser has proposed to have an ad on my site.
Is it supposed to be this way?

2) Is the advertiser able to go to a private area to manage their listings?
Is this area in the dashboard?
I am sure I have been in such area, but I can't find it as an advertiser (author role).
The dashboard area points to a page that shows only the recent listings.

Could you please check what is going on at portuguese-market.com?
