putting graphic in right feature area and linking graphic

How can I put a picture or graphic into the homepage right feature area, and then link that graphic to another web site? Thanks for the help.

 

Go to
Appearance > Theme Option > HomePage Feature Area > Right Feature Section.

and add code given below
