QTranslate showing 2 languages on home page

I promise you guys will get rid of me soon . Everyone has been a fantastic help, thank you.

I'm working at http://www.bwi.com.au/ and have used QTranslate to also change the site into Chinese.

At the bottom of the page, in the "Subscribe" area, it shows both the Chinese characters and the English.

How can I get it to show 1 language at a time like the rest of the site?

This is what I'm using in the "homepage settings"

I replied to your email as well, but I also can't get the "HOME" button on the navigation menu to translate.

Can you please tell me where I would enter the translation information to get the "home" button to translate?
