Hello, Me again. Currently I set up multiple different types of services - all available from 9am-7pm in 1 hour increments. This is a one person business. Therefore if someone were to come to the site and for example select Service A at 9am, would another person have the ability to still schedule Service B at 9am, even if that time slot is already taken? Of course I don't want them to be able to schedule any other services at that same time slot. Not sure how that works. Hope I'm making sense here. Thanks!
Thanks for the response Gourav. Not sure if you misunderstood me. I want to be able to offer different types of services within those hours. However I DON'T want overlap. That is if someone comes and schedule my 9am slot for Monday for Service A, since I now no longer have that time slot available, I don't want someone else scheduling Service B at 9am on Monday. Does the plugin know to do this? Or does it assume that since Service A and Service B both have time slots available at 9am that they are opened to being schedule. Hopefully that clarifies things.
Hello, If you are creating two services then both will book time slots separately. Suppose if your 9am slot for Monday for Service A is booked. Then also 9am slot for Monday for Service B will remain open for booking, Thank you, Nitesh Singh.
