Quick Question - How To Edit Text On /submit-listing-2/ page?

    I am offering my service for businesses to list free of charge - however on the /submit-listing-2/ page it states as below which will put people off as they will think they have to pay -my question is, where do I find the file to edit this wording so I can delete the words " & Payments"?

    Go to library\text_domains\front_end_path.php present in your theme directory and follow the instruction as shown in image given below
