Recent post not appearing after been clicked

I just bought this theme, it is very good and i will use intensively. But i have a problem with the post, when you publish the post it appears very well on the home page. However, when you click it an error appears 404 click here for the link. http://zambiansservezambia.com/video_listing/rich-zambia-poor-zambians/

Hello,

I think it's a permalink issue.
Go to the Dashboard > settings > permalink and set it to post name.
It will work fine.

I just updated my videocraft theme to a new version however there is a problem.
My Google analytical code is showing on the upper left corner, click here.

I have another question is this forum public to the non member? am asking

Hello,

I think you are putting the incomplete tracking code.
So, go to the Appearance > Theme Options > General Settings panel in your dashboard
and put complete tracking script in the tracking code section.

For example see the image given below.
