    A couple questions:

    1. Is there any way to make the "recent posts" on the home page show only specific posts, like those belonging to a specific category of posts?

    2. Can you tell me exactly which posts show in the "recent posts" section of the home page? I published four posts, and three showed up, but one of them was the first one I created (not the most recent three). Also, I posted a fifth post and now only TWO are showing up!! I can't get it to show three again! What do I do?

    My site is: http://9a2.660.myftpupload.com/

    3. How do I change the text above the recent posts? I can't figure out how to get it to say anything but "Show your latest posts here"

    Hello,

    1. Unfortunately there isn't a way to do that with our theme unless you custom code something up. Sorry.

    2. Go to the Appearance > Theme options > Home Page Bottom Feature area of your dashboard and
put the require number of blog post that will display on home page, in the Number Of Post section.

    3. Go to the Appearance > Theme options > Home Page Bottom Feature area of your dashboard and
enter your text in the Home Page Blog Heading Text section.

    #1 and #3 thanks!
#2: I'm having to enter a 4 in that box in order for my most recent 3 to show up. Any idea why one extra is required? Not a big deal, just curious.

    Hello,
Our theme do not have such issue,
I think this issue may be because of plugin (if installed). So please deactivate all plugins to see if this resolves the problem? If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

I'm not sure what the issue was, but I found that one of the posts simply was not showing up in the list of recent posts. Deleting that post fixed the issue. If the problem comes up again, I'll try deactivating all the plug-ins first.
