recommended image sizes

What would the recommended image size be for blogstrend theme.
Slider, for a post, and in a sidebar text widget.

Hello,

Recommended size for Slider image ==>> width: 640px, height: 340px

Slider images displays Post feature image so use same size image for post.

Recommended size for sidebar text widget. ==>> width: 300px, height: according to you.

It will resolve your issue.
