Recurring payment package confusion

Can someone clarify the settings for this as the Geocrafts documentation is a little too simple for me!

For instance does the optional charge for featuring on homepage/categories listings occur once for the package or it charged on every recurring payment?

Same for one time payment, does the optional charge for featuring on homepage/categories listings occur once for the package or it charged each time the listing is renewed?

Any help appreciated
