Recurring Payment Problems

Hi

We have been testing the Recurring Payment Package that we have setup but somehow we are not getting the results we want. Here are the Settings:

First Price: 36
First Period: 1 Day
Rebill Times: Charge second period x Times 12
Second Price: 15
Second Period: 2 Days

To test the settings we have upgraded a free listing to Recurring Payment last June 18, 2014.
First Period and Second Period Payment went through
but the Listing expired right away on June 20, 2014
shouldn't it expire after 12 times of being re-billed first?
We still received payments but only 7 times more instead of 12.

Are we setting it up properly or did we miss anything to set it up properly?

Hello,

I have checked your dashboard and submitted a listing with recurring payment.
Theme payment system start working from
Geocraft settings > payment settings and end upto PayPal page. where theme deliver all payment detail to PayPal.
In your case both readings (at theme end and at PayPal end) are same. I don't found any problem in it.

Hi Nitesh,

It would seem that everything is working fine, but how come the listing expires after 11 days? and it still continues on charging eventhough the listing has expired.

 

Just an update on what is happening, we changed the setting of Rebill Times from 'Charge second price x Times' to 'Until Cancelled' and same thing happens but this time it expired after 1 day only. The site is now live http://relationshipcoachfinder.com so please do testing on this site instead http://rcf.wpx.me the login details are the same.
