reduce spacing - Styling options don't work

Hi
i'm using colorwaypro V.3.4
I want to reduce some white spacing (I was able to do that in version 3.2) but if I put for example
.logo {
margin-top: 10px;
}
.header .menu-bar {
margin-top: 10px;
margin-bottom: 5px;
}
in the Styling options section nothing happens.
If I put the same code in the css file it works.

Can you help me to solve this probem?
