    I have got your concern and would like to tell you that the theme has an inbuilt Google recaptcha which is working properly and if you are using the recaptcha plugin then you are requested to contact the plugin author in this regard.

    Basically I was trying to establish whether the theme used the plugin in question or if you had taken another path.
