Registration confirmation for user who signs up a free new account

I am looking to have specific features for this theme - is this possible?

Firstly, will user receive email notification after the user have registered to a new account? Secondly, will the user redirect to a thank you for registering page after registering a new account?

Sending conformation mail to the registered user, This functionality is already available in the theme.
And after registration user will be redirected to there account (Home page with welcome "username" at the top right screen). Through that user can access there dashboard and post there listing.
