Hi, members, Is there anyone who has success in setting up the Reminder Notification of the InkAppointments plugin? I watched and followed the instructions in the tutorial video here: I set the "Number of day before reminder email Send" to 1. I booked an appointment on my site and both the customer (me) and administrator got an email notification, which was fine. However, the customer and administrator did not get a REMINDER notification one day before the appointment date. Anyone can help me out? Very much appreciated! Daniel
Hello Daniel, I have just checked your site and tried to make some changes in plugin files but we couldn't do so. We are getting the following error from your WordPress: Unable to communicate back with the site to check for fatal errors, so the PHP change was reverted. You will need to upload your PHP file change by some other means, such as by using SFTP.
