Greetings from InkThemes,

To remove the Author's email and picture, just paste the code given below in Custom CSS section.
(Dashboard->Inkthemes->Theme Options -> Styling Options -> Custom CSS) of your dashboard.

Code:

#content_wrapper.content .post .author-avatar {
    display: none;
}
