I am using the free Squirrel theme on my wordpress site. http://specialtyvets.com/

However somehow the site was hacked to insert code above the
<!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.01//EN" "http://www.w3.org/TR/html4/strict.dtd"> line of code. And its messing up the site on IE browser.

There doesn't appear for a way to take out this code from the header.php template.

    Any ideas?

    thanks-
    Claudine

We have checked you website and it is working fine. Your site is not hacked and this code <!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.01//EN" "http://www.w3.org/TR/html4/strict.dtd"> are in the header.php because it is supported the 960 grid system framework used in this theme, without this code the layout of the theme would get messed.
