Remove redundant <h1> tags from the page source, so that only one <h1> tag exists.

(1) Hi, I run SEO report on bing and shows that I have 11 high severity issues with the tags. How do I remove this. On the report is showing everywhere that I put heading, even on the widget area, that I haven't change it yet.
(2) The contact form is not working. The message is not sent. And I like to use your contact form , but I need to add a phone number too.
