Remove Service Section titles from menu bar

When i click on a "service section" link it takes me to that page eg: http://legacyofourelders.com/introduction/ How do i remove the service section titles from the top bar once i click on it? I want the top menu bar to look the same as it does on the home page (http://legacyofourelders.com) throughout the whole website.

Go to
Appearance > Menus
Create a custom menu and only add the pages that you want to show in the navigation bar.
