Remove social icons

Normally if I don't want a social icon to appear, I just put a space in each social icon section. However, when I do this on this website and save, they disappear for a little while, but then return. Strange!

Please let me know how to remove one and/or all of them. Thanks!

I've noticed that too. It seems to happen when editing the page (any page).

I just make it a habit to check the bottom of the frontpage after each edit. About 50-75% of the time I need to go in and delete them again, even if I have not been editing that part of the "Theme Options".

I did see a thread here with some CSS coding to completely delete them. I think it was this thread: http://www.inkthemes.com/community/threads/delete-social-media-icons.5563/
