Remove "title" from categories navigation bar

Hi again!
I want to remove the title of the category when you hover the mouse over the categories bar on the front page. It's under

<ul id="tabs" class="pmenu-bar">

- which file should I edit?

Hello!

It is necessary to use the title of list to work correctly the tab.
If we remove them the category tabs will not work correctly they will not show the related category product.

At present you cannot remove them on hover effect because the product will show on the basis of title.
If we remove title it shows nothing.
