Removed Java Script

My website is loading very slowly. According to Google Speed I was informed to remove some Java blocking script sources. I have a feeling that this removal corrupted with the theme menu and possibly other functions. Pls advise me what I can do to fix the problem, thanks, Steven.

What I can rather suggest you is to use W3Total chache plugin.

It has the option to minify js and CSS files. That will help you to reduce the page loading time and improve the page speed.
