Removing Blog Posts and Categories from Sidebar

Hi there,

I am using the Swifty Ray theme.

How do I remove the Blog Posts and Categories etc from Sidebar?
I want those only to show up on a blog page, not the rest of the site.

To show sidebar widgets on any particular page. You can use "dynamic widget" plugin.
