Removing "Comments Off"

Hi There

I'd like to remove the "Comments Off" that appear below listing. How do I go about removing this? And do comments have to be turned on in order for a person to review a business listing.?

To turn the comment

Go to Busuness listings > business listings and click the edit option of desired listing and follow the instruction as shown in image given below
