Removing the Grey Bar at the Bottom

    Hello,

    I would like to delete or at least be able to edit the grey Bar that is at the bottom of every page with the Headers "About this Site" "Archives Widget" and "Categories"

    I've got the sameish problem about I just want to alter the text under "about this site" it currently says "A cras tincidunt, ut tellus et. Gravida scel ipsum sed iaculis, nunc non nam. Placerat sed phase llus, purus purus elit."
