Removing the "Share This" Social Media Buttons from front page

Hi, I would like to remove the "Share This" social media buttons from the posts on the front page. I want to keep them at the bottom of the post after the post is opened. If you need to see the blog it is www.allthecooleststuff.com

Hi. This removed the sharing buttons from the Home Page and from the open articles. I want to remove sharing buttons from the home page, but keep them in the open articles. See the attached images for details. Is this possible?
